My riches will be more than gold;

My life will all begin anew,
Each day new beauties will unfold,

Sad lonely days now we are through,
My happiness cannot be told,
If I am sitting close to you.

A little house with sunny view,
Well sheltered from the storm and cold,
The dreams I dream will all come true.

My skies will be a lovely blue,
Sweet joy and peace this world will hold,
If I am sitting close to you.

Now vexing care, adieu, adieu!
Gone are the dreamy days of old,
The dreams I dream will all come true,
If I am sitting close to you.
