DREAMS, by
First Line: Come to me in my dreams, and I
Last Line: Dreams will be quite enough for yours.
Subject(s): Dreams; Nightmares

Come to me in my dreams, and I
Will mitigate your vague distress;
When waking life has hurried by
I shall have time for tenderness.

The pressure of immense affairs,
Of other loves and other wars,
Afflicts me now with vaster cares;
Dreams will be quite enough for yours.
