Lift up your hearts, you whom the spring days urge To walk the forest ways to cool beach sands, And swim the leaping waves -- with quickened hands Fling wide the plumage of the restless surge. You know the high sea spray will wash and purge The weariness of flesh ... You understand That life is vibrant when the rhythmic band Of praise and love and faith in God emerge!
