BEAUTY CRUCIFIED, by ANNA SHAW BUCK First Line: My neighbor's tree, in sunny field Last Line: Revealed by beauty crucified! Subject(s): Growth; Neighbors; Trees | ||||||||
My neighbor's tree, in sunny field, Was tall and frail, a graceful thing. Its fall disclosed the sordid view Revealed by Beauty crucified! | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...THE PROBLEM OF DESCRIBING TREES by ROBERT HASS THE GREEN CHRIST by ANDREW HUDGINS MIDNIGHT EDEN by JOSEPHINE JACOBSEN REFLECTION OF THE WOOD by LEONIE ADAMS THE LIFE OF TREES by DORIANNE LAUX ALL THESE MAKE MUSIC by ANNA SHAW BUCK |
