Toast a tyrant band,—skoel in sacred chorus!
Slaves to our command,—czars who trample o'er us.
Devotees of wrath; source of half our troubles;
In whose cyclone path cost of living doubles.
Harmless as the doves; butts of fierce invective;
Life's true spice, and love's unconfessed objective.
Gods of our best selves, bidding us confess 'em;
Fairyland's true elves,—To Our Kids, God Bless 'Em!
