ALWAYS THE TIMID, by
First Line: Always the timid fear the secret heart
Last Line: The crystal springs, the onyx-paneled room.
Subject(s): Courage; Strength; Valor; Bravery

Always the timid fear the secret heart,
resent the dark core unrevealed.
Always the weak deny a strength concealed
and mock a gloved and subtle art.
Being like those who quake before a cave,
picturing for themselves some bat-hung doom,
and leave it to the dreaming brave
to demonstrate from pitted gloom
the crystal springs, the onyx-paneled room.
