Look at it!
Twice as hard to keep as a flat --
Look at it!
Miles from town, hemmed in by trees,
Choked with flowers and birds and bees --
Look at it!
What can you do with a place like that?
Look at it!
A cow and a horse, two dogs and a cat --
Look at it!
A view and a river instead of a street --
He calls it a beautiful snug retreat --
Look at it!
