A planet revolving around the sun; Just a speck of dust, and only one Of uncountable billions and trillions of such . . . It matters so little, yet matters so much. The President's speech, and a Dictator's scare; A terrified boy's last mile to the Chair; This year's best seller; a premiere show. And erotic urgings where trade winds blow . . . "There is no God," scientists declare . . . "We've searched the heavens, and found none there." . . . While over their shoulders He looks and sees, -- And from their point of view, even He agrees. . . .Treading on dust of those before . . . And we'll make dust for many more: . . So come and play a while with me.
