First Line: Soon now I shall crumble into dust
Last Line: And the love you give back to me?

Soon now I shall crumble into dust
And utterly pass,
The crumbling dust
That slips through the fingers of time,
And leave not a trace
There on the grass
Yellow and sere,
Of what came after
The laughter
Of time's shortest year.
But O my dear,
What am I here,
And what will I be
Hereafter,
But the love I give to you
And the love you give back to me?
