WHY COUNT THE YEARS?, by
First Line: Why count the years? The worth of life
Last Line: Who sees life as a whole.
Subject(s): Life; Soul; Time

Why count the years? The worth of life
Is reckoned, not by time,
But more by what we've learned from strife --
To see the Hand Sublime.

One day of real awareness gives
So much to feed the soul,
That only he most truly lives
Who sees life as a whole.
